Morning FSF!!
Not so good for me today......bloody gout is acting up and took the day off. What really sucks is I have to go back to that "gout diet"!! (which basically limits ALL my food intake of every kind). The + side is I get 1st class treatment sitting on the couch with my foot elevated and all my meals brought to me while watching tv.......but, then looking at what's on the plate, hmmmmm......

Thanks mate!! Yeah that cherry juice is a winner for gout and our home is always stocked with it throughout the year. 


I think what did me in was those (extra) margarita's I binged on over the Christmas holidays.... 


It's not unbearable (at the moment) and getting around the house is a bit of a pain (literally), but it should be clearing up within the next few days. 




Now that Craigb has joined the FSF, I think it's time for a new theme.....or a motto....or some inspiration to get this going....any ideas?

How about "FSF - new and improved for 2013 - now with added Craig"  ?

She's getting on a bit now, that was taken a few years back...when we used have nice, dry days...

I never noticed it before, but that blade of grass on the right appears top have a tiny tornado coming out of it..

is it a tiny tornado or a massive goat?

Alistair the vet remarked that she's the biggest goat he'd ever seen.
