Meteorologically speaking, we probably have more opportunity.  However, restraining order/public safety trumps meteorology most of the time--but that's just me.

Happy Wednesday, everyone.  Not sleeping--passed out.  I think we're hung-over from all the Bapsi Gras celebrating.

Three it was.  A full sleep cycle is roughly 90 minutes and I tend to sleep in two segments most days.  Three hours than 4.5, or six and 1.5 - something like that.  It's rare when I'll get a straight 7.5 (the so-called "eight hour night").  When I'm really into whatever I'm working on I sleep quite a bit less (4.5 to six for a day) but every couple of weeks or so I'll have to take a day and crash for up to 12 hours!  Been this way for years...

I was always told when I was younger that you need less sleep the older you get.

What they didn't say was you couldn't go to bed at midnight and get up at 5/6. Oh no.

What it means is you wake up more & more often during the night and when the time comes to get up, you're absolutely knackered
