I will tell you what I am extremely thankful for
 
I returned from a colonoscopy this morning, I was worried and fearful, since a previous scope years ago showed two polyps.
 
Today I was given a clean bill of health, no problems found. I also attained my first weight loss goal today, and have 10 more lbs to lose, so I am thankful for the small things.
