I will miss this offer on 28th.
So 149 will be price for me in Oct/Nov when my subscription gets over?

Well yes, you will miss this offer if you don't renew by Feb 28th 2016. But as the offer details say, you don't have to wait till the end of your current subscription to renew. You can renew right away to avail of the offer. Your renewal will then be applicable for one year from your end of subscription date.

Hope I got this right. Someone please correct me if I misunderstood the offer.

Cheers...

It's too bad the renewal sale date was switched from March 31 (as listed on the press release to places like KvR even now) to February 28. Your mistake but my loss. Well, actually your loss

The store homepage still shows $99 renewal. When you say it expires on 2/28, do you mean 356 days from now, or 11 years and 11 months from now? (Nice way to annoy your customers, btw.)

It's too bad the renewal sale date was switched from March 31

Wait. What? When did this happen? I was planning to renew this month and take advantage of the special price. I've even been on this forum a few times in the past month and didn't see an announcement about this change.

And I got absolutely no email about any of this.

Hi Ron,
Didn't you receive any mail?
I also planned for this in this month. Now I have dropped the idea. As it is my subscription is valid till Oct I think. Lets see what are coming as updates then I will decide.

It's really not so bad to let the subscription run out since we get to keep the existing product, and if we resubscribe in the future, we basically pick-up where we left off (with the exception of time-limited exclusives). I'll probably resubscribe for $149 for Sonar Platinum in 2017 which will net me all updates released in 2016. Maybe they'll even have another sale between now and then.

Re: Big Announcement: See what's coming to SONAR in spring 2016 plus renewal information 2016/03/17 12:10:15 (permalink)
Have they got rid of the monthly payment option for renewals?  I have the full version of Professional and was considering upgrading to Platinum once I wanted to start paying again, but can't seem to see the option for this at all.

Also, the page says $149 for the renewal, but when I go my basket it was around £240, which actually comes to around $350 which is a considerable difference.

Can anyone shed some light on this for me please?

Call our customer service. Sounds like you may not be showing up with the product you own. Perhaps due to the cancellation.
