Wookiee Jonbouy The CH was conceived as the dumping ground from the outset. #1 - What is the Coffee House for? Why was it brought back? This forum serves as a landing place for off-topic threads and discussion of off-topic music related subjects. Brought back by popular demand and a need for better forum organization. Sorry Jonbouy did not realise this contained any meaningful discussion my mistake entirely. No problemo. I'm just quoting something our Willy came up with. Certainly you'll find no meaningful discussion from me.

rbowser HumbleNoise Funny thing Randy, I've read and been a part of a lot of these threads and I don't remember any fans of X1, of which I happen to be one, "snapping back indignantly." I do remember different users expressing different viewpoints, but perhaps we're reading different threads. Hi, HS - Chalk that up to another personal perception--one of mine not shared by you. It's not fun to breathe a word of dissatisfaction with X1 - X1 users who have managed to adjust to the program seem to take personal affront when the program is criticized. --I recall a thread recently where it was assumed that I was speaking for a group of people rather than just myself -aahem.--- Let it be. It's OK. Randy B. Randy I have always thought of you as a stand up guy. So, why is it so hard for and Bub to admit (or SEE) that the only times their were indignant replies was when the message was downright nasty, vicious and uncalled for. A good example of the opposite is Ba_Midi: He stopped using X1 a while ago. And he has posted many times about his disatisfaction. Not all friendly, but NEVER, EVER vicious, rude or Hating CW. He also NEVER< EVER just jumped intoi a thread like the three wicked mentioned (plus Bub) just to spew more uncalled for nasty crap. That is the difference . (99% of the time) And if you and Bub, 10 and SC cannot see that-you are just trying to justify the rude, hateful, vicious behavior that someone like me "jumped on" Do yourself justice RB, Read some of 10Ten, Super duper and crushes posts that were jumped on. I am just amazed that folks like Bub and 10ten still continue to insist they are victims. They are in a sense, they are victims of their own making. Do your homework please-or don't.

Here's my money! *ka-ching* <a short while later> Kvetcher: Ok, it's all installed. Let's go! <program starts and causes a problem> Kvetcher: OH, !@#$!!! I don't understand how a rational person would use any DAW. I'm gonna go wire up a home made Les Paulverizer.

I'm not sure what this thread is about, but i'm going to reply anyway just to run my count up (trying to catch up to the older boys)... not that it matters. Oh, but there was something about CEO's, and that's a subject I know something about (or do I?), so, let me just say that in my experience, it is pretty much a given that ALL CEO's have things they could apologize for. It comes with the gig. Mostly they never do, but that's another story.
