@Truckermusic... The first one is here... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XTysXLBiYqY BTW the one being discussed hasn't started you. You must have watched the 2nd installment. The new one doesn't happen for another twenty minutes... unless of course I screwed up the time zone conversion and I'm missing it. That would blow.

Erik it's another 15 minutes.. plenty of time for YOU to get the drinks in for the rest of us..

it's no biggy about the time difference.. 15 minutes to go :)

I find the date format more confusing .e.g. 12/12/2012  which month / which day ? hehe

Oh poop. I was trying to get my padKontrol installed on a new USB port before it started. I guess I'll have to fiddle with it while the webinar is going.

Oh dear... I've just had to give up on this because my two meg broadband grinds to a halt in the evenings :(

Hopefully I will be able to catch the whole thing again somewhere... youtube perhaps? I'm gutted because the chaps were just into the importance, and usage of busses. Ah well... off to bed I suppose.

They've posted the other webinars to youtube so I'm sure this one will end up there at some point. Last one took a little while though. This one is quite cool and useful to me but I guess my questions about controller input wouldn't fit in. Don't feel like making an account to ask anyway. Now bring on the monkeys!

Hey
I was hoping to watch the live broadcast of Webinar. Unfortunately it aired the same time as the football match between Germany and Italy.. The choice was difficult and football won, as well my team I have favored to win the cup. So when will I be able to view it at my pleasure.

You guys need more bandwidth. Doesn't look nearly as good as old seminar videos.

Well it didn't appear anywhere near this corner of the planet. The email said 2 PM PST - That's Pacific Standard Time - same time as California. And all it linked to & subsequently showed was video #2 from a few months ago. In fact it still shows that even now. Obviously I missed it - but only because I couldn't get to it or find it anywhere. I'm sure it will be on youtube soon, but gone are the chances to ask things and interact.

@jimusic... I had to keep refreshing the page and then when it actually went live I had to allow livestream in my scriptblockers. I didn't realize I needed to create an account to ask questions either so I just watched instead. My questions were way off topic from what they did anyway. I'd still like to see a vid on the various MIDI input stuff.

It'll probably get posted on You Tube in it's entirety in a day or two, so don't worry, you'll be able to see it, or the parts you missed then.

I only had time to watch the 1st 20 minutes or so and did realize there was some noise in areas of the video...but not to the point of being distracted or being able to see what I wanted to see.
That said, the ones before that did look state of the art quality (for our current technology) had stutters and I found that very distracting/annoying (and I'm on a wired cable modem getting 18-23 mbps).
Unless it looks bad after that 20 min I saw, I think they made a good move in the decision to reduce the resolution (or whatever was done)...IMHO

I'm on a wired cable modem getting 6 mbps and the video and audio kept freezing. All I could see was the comments below. I finally gave up and figured that it will be posted on YouTube.

What little I did see looked pretty good on the snap. Can't wait to see the entire video.

Kind regards,
Rick

Purrrfect Audio DAW here.  Wow!...
