I have just purchased the video, checked it was working, closed it, now I can't find its location...where is it downloaded to please?

Just search on

SONAR_X1_A

...and its location should appear in your search box.

You can try downloading something else off the Internet and look closely at where it wants to save to. If you haven't saved to a different location since downloading the video it should be in the same location.

I had done that - all that came up was the WinRAR file. If I opened it, it started to download the file again. Now, the link is out of date and does nothing. I know I had downloaded the entire file because I watched the first couple of minutes! This is crazy! I'm running Windows 7. Please help!

Start your browser and go to "downloads". Depends on which browser you are using, but Chrome and Firefox will show you all your downloads. Right click on the file and select "locate on disk" (or it should say something like that). BTW which browser do you use?

If you downloaded it, we'll find it!
