I ordered my copy today. I sent two emails and they didn't respond. So, I sat on the phone forever, before talking to a human body. It is supposed to come out on October 10th. I then asked if I would not be recognized in the system as a registered user, he's oh...I'll have to send an e-mail to IT Services. Does anyone believe that will happen?????
