thegeek rbowser How sell my music. Well, lots of people here have been wondering that for decades. RB Soooooo true!!!! You don't sell it. People download it for free, and then your music has the honor of sharing hard drive space with the most prestigious names in the industry. If you're after celebrity, create a YouTube account and upload a video of yourself doing something very stupid. Be sure to add the word kitten in the tag line - it helps A LOT and should get you your 15 minutes of fame. If it's money... Well, Taco Bell is hiring.

You could open the very first TB there. ;) Oh and by the way - I've never been to Taco Bell - in fact, I'm not even sure there's one here, either. I should have picked a restaurant name that I liked...:S

Hey Everyone, I believe this thread and the OP is totally serious. I Believe Matthieu is a young kid from GHANA who is trying to make his way out of a third world situation. I know this is tuff 'cause I'm sure we'd all like to help him, but where do you start? I'd suggest we not make fun of him. Give him credit for trying.

I know this is tuff 'cause I'm sure we'd all like to help him, but where do you start? I'd suggest we not make fun of him. Give him credit for trying. Dunno... with strange requests like " Where can I get Autotuna -----someone send me the link please? HOTFILE?" the fact that he mentions acquiring it shortly after, almost instantly, and that he is using a top of the line sequencer like Sonar... If all legit, then fine, it hardly sound like someone struggling to make a living (been there). If NOT legit, then, some might be scrupulous when it comes to helping out. I tend to always take the language barrier into account, as english isn't my language either. Still, in essence, this sounds a bit odd to me. Otherwise, well, apologies to the op and best of luck. After all, selling your music isn't exactly the solution that's most likely to get yourself out of a bad situation.

Looking at Mattheu's profile made me remember THIS THREAD where some of you guys offered to send him some hardware (to Ghana) so he could run SONAR (he only had Windows 3.1 if you recall).

Sure puts things in a different perspective. Thanks for the link. No matter if its all true or if the op is pulling our leg, reminds you of how we sometimes take things for granted. There ARE people in that situation.

My "comedic detection device" went off when I read his posts, so I tried to stay within the tone of the thread. That device may need some calibration.

I think I've gotten too good at detecting (and ignoring) B.S. posts just based on the subject line. Finally gave in at 100+ posts to see what all the fuss is about. Too funny.
