Do get better quickly and exercise as told to... but please don't do stuff that could cause you a real setback. "If more is enough than, too much is just right"... not when it comes to post-surgery activity.

marcos69 I spoke too soon. I was cooking dinner last night and a lightning bolt shot through me with some of the worst pain I'd ever felt. I had to inch my way back to couch but there was no position to sit or lay that gave any relief. I had to then inch my way back to the kitchen to turn off the burners or there'd be fire. After a fitfull night I feel a bit better. But all my gains were shortlived and a handful of meds for me. So you still think you're 18 years old Take care good of yourself Mark.

I have a couple of lingering questions after all this. Will my Mark Wessels need updating or can I continue using the old version? And I guess the headline that I read recently that warned "health service cut backs" has been confirmed here.

And I guess the headline that I read recently that warned "health service cut backs" has been confirmed here. You can no longer use the old version. it has been irradicated from existence. you'll find that your copy no longer works. however next week you'll find that the new version will work half the time and then the week after MW-X1b will be released and it should work fully as advertised. At this time you should find that there will be no complaints about the functionality of MW-X1b, there will be peace in the Middle East, flowers will be blooming everywhere, the entire earth will be on temperate climate at a suitable 70*C year round and all oppression on the earth will cease. That or nothing special will happen.

The old version never worked correctly. Reece I wouldn't be so optimistic about that kind of results. It will probably be a crotchity, cynical version similar to the old one but with less latency.

Yeah, they want spines, knees, and hips moving right away. Shoulders, not so fast. They make you wait a few days before beginning simple stretching exercises.

My left shoulder is next on the list. 2 torn tendons. Hope to get it fixed this spring when I get some sick days again.
