foxwolfen notnat foxwolfen Yer makin me feel bad about my own lack of output Frank. You need to stop now. . Nicely done again. Not much to critique. Thanks Shad... well I am looking forward to hearing a new foxwolfen tune... any thing in the works? To be perfectly candid Frank, I had to think about this for a day before responding. I have a few in the works, but I have found that since the breakup with my wife I had lost all confidence in my abilities. To perform, record, mix... lost my mojo I had thought it would come back on its own, but it very slow going. I am now forcing myself back to this site to try to find it again. Sort of "fake it till you make it", testing my ear and perceptions, looking to find my way back. I think I might be hoping that a self-imposed attitude of "put your money where your mouth is" will be the kick in the buttocks I need to "get over myself", so to speak. Sorry, don't mean to hijack your thread. Cheers Shad That's ok Shad... this thread could probably use a good hijackin'... I know it's tough, going through that kind of trauma... but maybe you should try to channel some of that pain and emotion into your music... I know a couple of artists that created their best work after the break-up of their marrage... you may never know how good it is until you just put it out there... we'll let you know, when you get "yo mojo" back... (grin)

WOW. . .Frank! WONDERFUL song! The mix sounds stellar on my end so clean. I'm really impressed on the way the percussion is sitting and the thud of the kick drum woking with the bass. A very well written/performed piece one of my top favs from you. KUDOS! Kev A radio friendly song you have here if you ask me!

Frank! Wow! I keep going back and forth in my head between "someone rich and famous should record this song" and "this song should make Frank rich and famous".... Lovely (sad) lyrics. Great catchy chorus. Love the accordian. (No point even commenting on the mix, as it's made by the Amazing Tanton who can mix 'em up with the best). I did listen to the latest mix, though... Glad I ran into this here - I saw it posted on Soundcloud the other day and never got back to it. That happens too frequently to me these days... :S

Best vocal I have heard from you yet, Frank, and a terrific melody as well. You always make it sound so easy. My only tiny nits: -the accordian kinda disappears once the rest of teh band comes in, and perhaps some eq'ing could help it stay in as a main element -the drums are great, but a tad mono that keeps it from sounding super-pro. Maybe another room reverb with some channel tools cold push them back a bit and widen them out
