Very nice. I don't like the drums down the hall thing at the beginning. Bring them up with the rest of the instruments and this is a great bit of tunage!

Well done all!

Thanks Robert!

James, Dave & Ed,
I did not read the comments before I wrote this, so forgive me if I'm just repeating something.

Thanks Reece! Hey, you're a Yes fan, you must be used to long intros, c'mon.. The ending does actually fade right out, but for some reason Box will either play it all, or cut it short, I don't know why. Glad you liked the piece.

true dat (re: Yes and long intros).  guess I'm a "flip-flopper" eh?

Actually, I think listening critically to tunes here is a quite different experience to having music on for pleasure, and I can understand people thinking 'get on with it'.

Hey James
nicely conceived piece. for me, the initial drums are in another room compared to the instruments, when they kick in about 2'20 much better, but still not quite present enough, has a strong WOTW vibe, don't know if that is purposeful. great guitar work.

Thanks Mark 'nicely conceived' is a good compliment, I'll take that  I hear you on the drums, been a long time since I mixed a real kit..probably way back to 'Red Ford Mustang' I think. Not sure about the WOTW thing, I've heard bits and pieces of it, but never the whole album. Still, this is part of thematic project, so it's a fair comparison.

James, this was fantastic, good job for me I spotted as it was clutching to the end of the page. I loved everything about this and had to listen twice.

My ears are jealous.
