Huge Spring Sale - Awesome Deals Available

http://forum.cakewalk.com/tm.aspx?m=2834223

Wow - for anyone without Rapture or DPro - $19.99.
Lot of soundsets.
I have to do an inventory of what I have - will definitely order a number of these this weekend.
Awesome - it's like the $5 DVD bin at Walmart.

What I am personally interested in are a few soundsets that I just haven't got around to picking up yet - for example Anderton's Electronic Guitars for Rapture. I have his Minimoog set which is very nice, IMO.
Also a bunch of DPro sets that I haven't got yet.
Anybody else concerned that it is looking more and more like both Rapture and DPro are becoming End-of-Life products?
I figure anything I buy for either can become raw material in Alchemy or anything else that can read SFZ's.
Pains my heart to see them (especially Rapture) go so cheap - but then I love a good sale.

Shame that Mac version of DimPro is not Mountain Lion compatible. That is one synth I miss when I'm using Logic rather than Sonar.

We've done similar sales the past 2 years. It's Memorial Day in the US, so big sales weekend and we thought we'd participate. Probably our biggest sales weekend next to Black Friday/Cyber Monday. Hope everyone finds some good deals!

I wonder why the FISOUND U120 Expansion Pack For Rapture did not make the sale? It is on sale at http://fisound.com/product/universal-120/ for $19. Not to be missed if you use Rapture.

It's a shame Sonar X2 essentials hasn't been reduced further for 'any registered Cakewalk customers'. Just £11 below the threshold for 20% off.

Wow.  Even I didn't know that.  Great idea, Chad! [our CFO / CTO / plus a whole lot more.]

I got all excited when I got the email about the sale.  Especially when I saw the PC4K comp and expander/gate listed (which I already have).

I was for sure they would have the concrete limiter listed on sale.....BUT NO......!

That is THE ONE THING I was hoping would go on sale.  I don't need any of the rest of the stuff listed.

I really like the PC4K comp and expander/gate.  I use the gate on snare drum any time I record a live drum set.  You'd be very happy with them I'm sure.

I'd sure like to catch the concrete limiter on sale though.....sigh....

There's lots of great choices in that list.  I would recommend for anyone looking for gems in there that the Groove3 Mixing with Sonar X1 tutorial is super helpful and at $20 is really worth it if you don't have it already.

That is a good one, just a relevant for X2 as it is for X1. I would also recommend Anderton's two videos http://www.store.cakewalk...ductid=10-X1AB1.00-20E Good tips and tricks and most of them can be used in any version of SONAR not just X1.

No, those modules are not included in SONAR X2 Producer. They are separate purchases just like the CA-2A and Concrete Limiter. You might want to look at the Prochannel Bundle with the 20% discount it is at the best price in some time.
