Is there a video for drum replacer itself? I have seen it (DR) but not paid too much attention to it as I am not sure how useful it would be.

I'm finally getting to these... very good.  I saw two kick drum mics in the micing section. Now in the mixing section I see 3 KI1 KI2 and KO.  I'd kind of like to know how and where the Kick out was placed.
