Middle Man

I'm trying to get my piano onto my computer. I have a Yamaha with MIDI and 1/8 headphone jacks for my keyboard, and was looking at Music Creator 3 for the software, now I just need to get it on my computer. Since I have a laptop I need to get an "external" sound card. I will be mostly using the sounds on the keyboard, and also MIDI every once in a while. Through the searching and researching I've done I've found a couple of units that sound good:Tascam US-122L, Edirol(Roland) UA-4X, M-Audio Audiophile USB. Wondering if anyone has had good experiences with any of these, and any feedback is appreciated.
