Hi James , I'm real happy that you like the playing The Bass Groove sounds like it may be really hard to play , on the 8 string it lays all in a neat place on the fingerboard . Hi Bob, I sort of know exactly what you mean about the Metal Genre aspect of things ... These type of guitars were made for that musical Genre . I guess I'm bucking the trend by playing finger-style Jazzy Funk style of music on it .... I'm super happy you enjoyed the clip thanks .. Mesh

Craig, He has a tune up over at the songs forum .. The song was actually a sweet sounding song ...if I'm not mistaken it may be a song collab. When I heard it all the metal tones were dialed back . ( the version I heard ) all the best, Kenny

Here's a little something I did this morning while having my morning coffee ... this clip is not meant to be impressive , it is just something I came up while I was learning a new recording program .. admittedly it has it flaws ..the clip I'm posting it here because I already have put the clip on line and posted it as an example of the music software I am learning at another thread ... Guitar, bass AND drums all while drinking coffee! Wow!  That's it, I'm selling all my gear (oh, wait... I already did that!).  I like it. I think if you could find a female singer who sounds like Sade, Norah Jones or Vanessa Daou (lounge jazz type), it would work great with what you've started (IMO).
