Update (for Andrew or Ryan)... I just got my 'reminder' email about the last day of the offer, so it looks like you've got everything back up and running for me! Many thanks again

Today is Monday, the 31st. The last day of the $20 offer. I called Cakewalk again, but they are still on vacation. I still cannot take advantage of this offer since it states "Coupon already redeemed. Thank you for your purchase." But, I have not made a purchase and one does not appear in my long list of purchased items. Anybody have suggestions or prior history with a problem like this? If I make a purchase, will they deduct the $20 at a later date, or should I wait until they return to work after the holiday? I do have a case number from Dec. stating my problem. Thank you and wish you all a happy 2013. Michele

Same here I got an email this morning with no promo code on it and when I logged into my account it was not there either. Looks like I will miss the deadline as well. Dave ps. Is it possible for someone to post the promo code?

I never received the promo code via email, but I did find out about the offer here. So, I purchased the SWA Sonar X2 video tutorial. I'm a little over an hour in to the 9-hour tutorial and am impressed. It's very thorough and well presented. :-)

daveg181 - I do not believe the emails contained the code. I found the code in my store account just above "My Registered Products" in a table with the headers "Special Promotion Details" and "Promotion Code"

scook - In my store account the only thing I have above "My Registered Products" is my next upgrade choice and a list of products I may 'like' all with their current prices?? I'm certainly not showing anything to do with "Special Promotion Details" or "Promotion code" I am logged onto the GBP Region and not USA region. I wonder if that has something to do with it? Dave

Hi Steve, My screen does not show the same details as yours. As I said I do not have the promo details on it. Why, I don't know but if I'm not eligible for what ever reason, why send me the promo e-mail in the first place?? I earlier sent a message direct to Cakewalk Customer Support but their reply said it might take up to 2 days before I get a reply. It looks like I will have to give up on this. Never mind. Thank you all for your replies. Dave UPDATE: After posting the above message, I decided again for the final time to log on to my store page and voila the promo detail was there. I have been logging in and out all night hoping that it would show and it finally it arrived before the midnight deadline. Thank you CW and everyone else. I can now celebrate the New Year in about an hour. I hope you all have a Happy New Year. Thanks

I'd maybe suggest you wait for the reply from Customer Support. If you definitely qualify for the promotion but it didn't appear in your account for some reason, I'm sure they'll honour it. Maybe even PM Andrew or Ryan if you get no joy with Support.

I used my code from "my account" page and am thankful for it because I never ever get a promotional email. I get an email with a receipt when I buy something but never a newsletter or promo email. I am afraid one day I will be distracted and completely miss a good deal on something because they can't seem to email to comcast. I signed up my old hotmail address too so maybe I will get an emai there... maybe. J

I'm too broke to use it as a discount and I've been having a hard time finding anything useful for me that is "free" wth coupon... But I thank all of you at Cakewalk for the very generous "gift" even if I can't select one... ;-) Happy New Year! Keni

I picked up Pyro for free. Do I need it? No, not really. But it seems like a fairly convenient place to rip, burn and convert. And it was freeeee.

Hi all, Is it normal that i get chrged 39.95€ after using my 20€ gift certificate towards the SWA sonar X2 video. I thought it should have been 19.95€ given i ve entered the 20€ code that was in my user account copied and pasted it twice. Iam curious to know how this works, other wise i'll never buy anything from the store again. awal
