Have copied CJLibrary.dll from back-up PC and SONAR has loaded and at a glance can't see any difference except after I exited SONAR it didn't update the .dll this time so what does this library do?

Sonar: Platinum & Studio One 3

it's a bunch of 3rd party UI controls from codejock http://www.codejock.com/
i assume it's what cake are using to build the "skylight" ui
