Could you send me a good MP3 or .wma file of just the drum mix? I wanna play with it a little bit. I may have an easy workable solution.

I would really be interested to see what you would do period. Could I send you a bun of just the drums? We both have waves and UAD. (I don't have the fairchild but would buy it on your recommendation if it's absolutely necessary. I'll put it on my ftp and send you a link. I am doing 3 CD's with basically the same drum sound so would like to see what you would do with it.

only *condenser* mics for vocals? Other than the
AKG you mention above, what is another good mic
for vocals less expensive, just curious.

if you are into vocals, or hope to attraact vocalists, it's worth it to get one top end mic I think. There is a big difference. Less expensive I don't know but there are other threads around-check the search under condensor mics.

hell, I want it to. I feel like Glenn Miller sometimes-striving for a certain sound-I am getting closer, I admit it. I am happier with the sound of this CD than I've been yet---but 9 songs to go. Thanks for the kudos and I'll email you.

yea, that is actually the title, but there are a couple of old songs by that same name. But, it might end up being that as that is what sticks. I was hoping to give it a more unique entity but alas...it might not stick. Thanks for the comments.
