I had a issue with install all, and CC....kind of bugged out trying to install to my empty DVD/Blu burner...THE ANDERTON COLLECTION...Wink.....
 
So yah ..enter your Account, and download all , and doing manually seemed to work my problem out.
 
And in the account of user...you get to see what you bought before cc...in some cases...and might want to install...if it is not included in the newer builds.
 
So keep check...take notes...and...work around seems to be the word of the day....everyday.

I too am having the same problem on two different machines running I7's, completely different versions, both running atleast 16GB of ram. So I went ahead and ran it with VStudio 2012 debug set and the following lines appeared in the log readout, the last couple of lines being the most important, up to that point the debugger is looking for debug symbols which don't don't exit in production compilations.:
