I just decided to upgrade to Platinum. One of my go to plugins is NIs Replika delay. But, Im am getting fatal errors with any projects that have Replika in it. Just to check, I went back to X3 Producer and this is fine.

This is worrying as most of my projects have at least one instance of Replika.

Is anyone else experiencing issues with the same plugin?

It has been a problem since Plat and Replika first  encountered each other. There has to be a few threads about it IIRC. I am not sure if it was a problem with just the Christmas freebie of if the upgrade version has the same problem, but yeah it has been a well known prob.

Well what about that! So its a biggy! The question is are Cakewalk and/or NI working on this ?

I will go and read the other post to see if there is a happy ending as at the moment I'll stick with X3 as I'm a heavy Replika user..thanks

It's a NI issue. I reported it in their forums. The reality is that rolling back resolves it and you are back to normal. The latest version only has one fix, ironically a bug to resolve crashing in windows. I wonder if they got the release in reverse order ;)

It's weird but both my Sonar and Replika are fully up to date and I have never seen this crash despite having multiple instances of the plugin in numerous projects. Is this a problem with the 32-bit version maybe?

I had this issue with the 64 bit version......after the first crash, I just gave up on Replika and used a different plugin.....didn't bother rolling back.

Im tearing my hair out! I rolled back with the latest install but 1.2.1 wont work for me and crashes Sonar Plat. Then Platinum screwed up. So had to re-install! So I have to make a choice either carry on with X3 where Replika 1.2.2 is fine or use Platinum and as the last post suggest use another delay...at least until NI sort this mess out which as I'm discovering is not just Sonar but Ableton Live at least.

Try rebooting.

There are two methods of rolling back which I explained here. If one method does not work try the other.

Make sure you rescan your plugins.

Otherwise it's more likely to be Project issue.

There is an entirely separate issue here which is crashing Platinum JP (which made me roll back a Sonar version):
