Janet, you really nailed this.  The strings are a perfect counter to your piano.  Scott did a fine job of arranging the strings for this.  It now has tension where there was none before.  Very nice collaboration.

All the best,
Lynn

Hi Guys, Just dropping by to say hi and thanks. I read the comments about the mix and woill be happy to remix it if I still have the project. Let's see...panning off, too much compression...

Sorry Scott.

Didn't mean to knock the strings actually.

it's hard for me to tell whether they are live or midi these days.

i think the strings do sound good overall.

i'm not really worried about the mix too much right now.

more about the sounds.

i think I liked the 2nd part of the song more.

John: Thanks so much!

Shad:  Thanks and I wish you could too. :)

Lynn: Thanks!  I was fortunate in that I started it and he had to fit his parts around mine.  Or course he did it superbly!

Yeah Scott, I thought this one was done a few months ago!  lol

Byudog:  Well, if you ever had to try to make strings sound like Scott, then you'd be able to hear the difference for sure. :)

Thanks, Mark!

Did you play as 4/4?

If you give little more accents on each down beats with harmonie notes,
this great job get more power I think(like Rachmaninoff).

Very interesting and poerfect voicing!

Sorry so late, but thank you very much, Eric!  :)

Scott recently sent me a new mix, based on several comments here recently.  I just got a chance to upload it, so that's what you'll hear now.
