Does Nectar Elements count as one of the 2 products needed for the Loyalty Upgrade?
Nope...Nectar, Ozone etc...Elements doesn't count...I have Alloy for sale for $75 if you're interested and don't already have it, in moving up to 2 products..that puts you in at less then $300 for $1600...of software...

Doesn't (essentially) everybody take heat on KVR?
It's really justified in this case which makes me very sad since I was planning on picking up the Advanced bundle this year. A lot of great points were made and seeing the reaction by Izotope really pushed me off buying their products. :(

I just sold Ozone 6 as I have nectar and alloy. Cool deal.
I sold Nectar...LOL...and have Ozone 6 and Alloy...and we're getting them back..it's like FREE MONEY! I hate then that happens!

Whew! I'm glad I don't own any Izotope plugins or I may have been tempted! Great deal for you that do own two plugins. For those that only own Ozone 6, it seems more like an update than an upgrade IMHO. Since I own everything in T-Racks, I'll wait and see if T-Racks 5 is on the horizon. I don't ever use any of this stuff anyway as Sonar will do everything Ozone 7 or T-Racks will do. I'm sure as Christmas nears there will be more cool stuff coming out.

Just got an email from Izotope advertising the Music Production Bundle for $350 (saying it was normally worth $1000). There was nothing indicating that I had to own two or more of their products to buy this, just a link to the sale. The sale said it included: Ozone Advanced, Nectar, Alloy and Trash. When I clicked on the link, it took me to a page to purchase it, and the only requirement was that I owned Ozone1-6 to upgrade to Ozone 7 Advanced when it comes out. Is this the same deal you guys are talking about?

Sadly, Izotope's own website does not make that "crystal clear"... EDIT: and that may be by design...they may just let you have it if you buy it...

As I read through this post I see that some people have stated that you need to own two iZotope products to get the 249.00 price. Some have said that Izotope's site says something different then that. This is what their site actually says, "Upgrade from Ozone 5-6 advanced to Music production Bundle= $249.00" perhaps some of the confusion is the fact that Ozone advance gives the upgrade price of $249.00 not Ozone standard. if you have Ozone standard you can get the music bundle for $350.00 Having two iZotope products and using the Jrrshop is a good tip. I purchased Ozone 5 and I was given Nector through a purchase deal with addictive drums so maybe that qualifies. I bypassed the upgrade to 6 because they took away the reverb and the dynamic E.Q. was not included with the standard edition, but it looks like that has all changed. Now the dynamic E.Q. is in both the standard and advanced versions of Ozone. Upgrading from Ozone standard 5 to Ozone standard 7 is just $99.00. If I can get Ozone advance and all the other upgrades for just 99.00 more I would be crazy not to do it.
