Please read: Renewal pricing

We'll be officially releasing renewal pricing next week but we have set-up the store to allow for renewals with the correct pricing. Just renew the version you already own (SONAR Artist, SONAR Professional, or SONAR Platinum) and one year of Rolling Updates will be tacked on to your current membership end date, found on your Membership page.

Pricing has changed a little based on what we posted last year. The one-time renewal for a SONAR Platinum Rolling Upgrade is now $149 or $14.99/mo. However, now through February 28th, we'll be running a special where customers can purchase it for $99. All other pricing for SONAR Artist and Professional remain the same.

Our original plan was to announce this next week prior to the one-year anniversary, along with a host of new features for 2016. This is still the plan but we wanted to make sure customers trying to renew got the updated price today. In addition, customers who are on monthly payments and have completed a year will get the $14.99/mo price. That change will be made next week as well prior to any renewal dates.

For those that purchased it for $149 this month, please contact customer service and we will adjust your price.

Thanks for your patience. More exciting information to come next week. And of course we appreciate all the interest and your loyalty over the past years. 2016 is going to be another great year!

I should also mention, you don't need to have your membership expiring to renew. If you want to lock in another year at the special price, you can do it today and it will add one year to your current end date. So for example, if you were ending on June 1, 2016 and you purchased today, your new end date would be June 2, 2017.

All cleverness aside, I appreciate CW's standard of business.  Granted, I would have stayed on even if CW had started charging pints of blood to stay subscribed; still, this approach is far more appealing (as he slowly unrolls his sleeve to cover his trembling arm).

I think what was happening was if you clicked on each of the links it would just keep adding to your cart with the first one you clicked on top. Make sure you scroll down to remove any items you don't want. They are all working, I checked beforehand :)

There is a built in 14 day "buffer",  mostly so that monthly customers don't instantly revert to demo mode if there's a technical issue with their payment...

Actually, when I went to renew, it sent me to paypal to "pay".  So now in my account, I have a payment made on 12-28, (effectively my last for last years subscription since I started 1-28-15) instead of "tacking it on" to the erst-wise 1-28-16 natural expiration date.

I assumed this post meant that the regularly scheduled monthly payments to cleverbridge would just continue.  I had a tough time getting it set up for them to reoccur when I subscribed and I don't want to go back down that road if possible and while I know it is only 20 days until it naturally ends, I HAVE already paid to the 28th.

I am thinking I will wait till 1-20 something to renew since it is not working as advertised.

If you went and bought an annual right now, you will not lose any days. I will tack a year on to your end date. So you don't need to wait or you can if you want.

There's no need to 're-up' a monthly.  Do nothing and it'll continue as before (hopefully at the correct price...  CHECK IT, if its wrong, complain.  But not to me..)
