Post Links to your YouTube Videos Here

Hey Everyone,

As you probably know Cakewalk has a YouTube channel now.

What you may not be aware of is that we have been adding Cakewalk customer's videos to our favorites list as we have stumbled upon them on YouTube. This can provide an additional avenue of promotion for you. So, if you have videos online on YouTube, please post links below. Please keep the videos posted focused on your music, we will not be adding videos of cute puppies, political rants, or sketch comedy, etc.

We're looking forward to seeing what you've got.

Thanks!

This is a video done to a song we recorded and mixed in Sonar 4PE. I'll post a 6.2PE video once we have our latest masterwork completed.
In the meantime, take a look at the 8 track cassette tapes. Those are really rare!

This is an awesome band I work with a lot. I've edited one of these videos (although I'm really bad at it. This us UNDERGROUND STUFF) and helped them with the programming. They actually use Sonar on stage as well for all of their preprods and programming. As a metal band, they have cool stuff happening.

    enjoy

This is an instruction video on how to play E1M1 from Doom 1. I remade all the old Doom episode 1 songs for the Doom 3 mod "Classic Doom 3". Other guys remade the maps.

Dude, Grudunza, that animal video is awesome!!! :)

These are very old (1980) and obviously not Sonar related but are all music vids. Maybe someone might like one or two.

    The Retrofits

We were the first band called The Retrofits (my ringing disclaimer!!)!

Here's the band doing some classic covers during a big Christmas show. All the backtrax are done in Sonar, mastered in Soundforge and then put to mini-disc.
The band is Martin (lead guitar), Matt (Acoustic, Piano & Conga), Nancy (keyboards) - vocals are all shared.

    Enjoy!

We made this to promote our first album, which (despite the shots of analog gear) was entirely recorded in SONAR.

Nice thread! Fits me perfectly, as i FINALLY made the conversion BETA SP -> DV -> mpg of our rockvideo from 1995. Ten minutes ago i put it on YouTube:

    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dn4N4LIqBRk

If someone want to direct download the 80 MB thing it also is here:

...some kind of hard rock with swedish lyrics.

    Cheers!

    SonicClang,

That was a great guitar tutorial. I don't even own a guitar let alone wanted to play one, but after watching your video tonight, I am going to buy me inexpensive lead guitar and learn how. to play it, or (play at it)! I already have AmpliTube 2 Live that I won in a contest and it came with a guitar cable, so why not conect it to my Presouns firepod and give it a try.

Can't wait for part two. How about include some footage of how you record your guitar into sonar and process instrument. It Would make for a nice follow up segment.

    Thanks for the inspiration Dude!

    Peace

    Peace,
