Using the new dark theme I can't see what plugins are disabled at all.
I have the same issue. At least when you hover the mouse over the effect you can see the name.
Works great here. Perhaps it is a graphic card issue or a setting in the Colors preference... I tried it on 3 different monitors (same graphics card) and all looked fine to me. As far as the Track colors I really love Tungsten the way it is and will definitely not be going back. If they "fix" it I would vote they have a checkbox to turn on/off in the Colors preference like they have for Mercury (Show strips colors).

I just opened another project & this time I can read the disabled plugins. I haven't changed any settings only closed, re-opened Sonar while working on various projects tonight. I was in Studio One for a while otherwise that's it. It's a huge difference compared to the first screenshot I posted; know idea why though..

Same experience here.
O.K. I think I know why. Anytime I switch to the dark theme when the current theme is light I have to close & re-open Sonar in order to see the disabled plugins. Maybe the cell color doesn't change until this is done/ maybe a fix for the next update?

The only problem I noticed after the upgrade was I was getting audio dropouts like crazy. Just a reboot and I was ok again!

OK, I don't like that fact that I can't change the color of the entire Console channel strip and track strip as well, unless I am overlooking something. It appears only the bottom of the Console channels can be changed.

Oh, I just read the documentation on this update, the removal of the track and Channel strips full colorization has been removed and replaced by the ability to only add color to the bar at the bottom of the Console channel and the edge of the track strip. I am not in favor of this Cakewalk..
Yeah, it's a negative for me. Otherwise, I really like the new theme, but for practicality's sake, I'm sticking with the old one.
It will be better to introduce an option to enable or disable full colorization.

Looks nice but one thing...
Track level fader bitmap is different in tungsten than in mercury, mercury one looks more like real level fader button, tungsten one doesn't, why not use the mercury one in tungsten theme aswell?

video engine has been fixed? themes are not important for me, just need the video engine to be fixed, it is the reason why I bought sonar

Seems like this is a really popular update. For me its the least exciting since the rolling updates started. You can't please all the people all the time.

I'm liking the new theme. My ProChannel FX chains (not the standard channel strip fx) are still grey though. Is this intentional? I can manually select a new background color by right clicking and choosing "customize UI", but it's going to be a pain to have to do this all the time.

Can we please have a more visible active track highlight?
I noticed now its very very light gray but thats not nearly enough... :( this was little better in mercury theme..
Is it possible to change in tungsten theme or is there new highlight value/opacity in color settings we can change to make active track highlight more visible?

Its not quite as simple as that unfortunately. Since this is a dark theme the colors of the track controls and text conflict with the colorization of the tracks so this was intentionally not colorized for the entire strip.

Sonar doesn't load projects properly when the ui loses focus during the load process of a project. For years I sometimes have to close and reopen projects in cases where I have shifted the computer's focus after starting to open a project. This manifests most often in being suck on the cut tool in sonar. I mention this because people having trouble with the ui seem the precise people most likely to be multitasking. Could be true, true, unrelated. I don't know, but for folks troubleshooting it might be worth investigating.

I like the Tungsten theme but I have too have become dependent on the full custom track and console colors.
-When the going gets weird, the weird turn pro.

I also noticed that if I have the "plugins" tab selected in the browser, then press "b" 2 times to collapse and expand the browser, the search box redraws incorrectly.
If I then select another category (eg. go from audio fx to midi fx), it corrects itself.
Anyone else seeing this?

Same for me. I changed a project to Tungsten, saved, closed, restarted and I could read the disabled plugins.

I had one of those, as well. Completely forgot! And running DocumentsToGo (a product that died an unhappy death). I do NOT miss those days. Palm Pilot and a pager. I have used Command center to supposedly update from Newbury to the tungsten update, it went ahead and did this, and it went through the motions as if it was updating, I then opened sonar and it was still Newbury and command center says I am up to date and their are also no options to download in my account, any ideas guys ? what is wrong or where I can manually get the update?
