- When designing your secret hide-out, insist that the architect does not include any ventilation shafts. Or if they are absolutely necessary, stipulate that their diameter is small enough to prevent anybody from crawling along them.
- If you capture James Bond, ensure that your minions kill him immediately. Under no circumstances should you take him prisoner and then reveal your plans to him before placing him a killing-contraption that he will escape from.
