What's up with Antarctica?

Penguins don't have 10 toes.

And I doesn't mind calling you Johnson.

Which reminds me of the old joke:

Q: What is the best way to keep your tiger clean?

A: The Tiger Rag, of course.

Q: And what about The Johnson Rag?

I downloaded the metric version of the new release, it sounds a little "warmer" and more transparent than the release based on the English system. YMMV

...I appreciate inches being divisible into halfs, quarters, eighths, sixteenths, etc. ...I tried going metric but it's really weird in this context.  Whoever invented the metric system wasn't a woodworker.

Or a musician!  It just wouldn't seem right if we had to change 1/2, 1/4, 1/8, 1/16, etc. notes to 0.5, 0.25, 0.125, 0.0625 notes...

Walt

That also doesn't have anything to do with imperial vs metric system. In you example, you are simply showing the difference between the decimal and fraction representation of numbers. In both the imperial and metric system you can display a number in either format.

Where did the idea came from that you can't use fraction representation in the metric system?

It was supposed to humor...

I find that discussing the metric system always has this end result, so you guys can thank me now

I can verify this.

And I encourage you to use this approach every month to encourage the development team to hit the finish line before all our heads explode attempting to divide 100 by 3 to get an even number result.

I just checked on my iPhone using Safari, and the top page name says "cakewalk.com." I don't see "Cakewalk - SONAR - Coming in February 2015" anywhere. Since I can't see it, I don't know the context. It may have been referring to the first update, which did arrive in February.

Ah, I see that now, thanks. I assume it was probably referring to the membership program in general, and that the first release would be in February. FYI I do know they're working on the drum replacer. A bunch of QuickFX are done, but CW decided to change the GUI and there was an issue with the name because it's used for a video process or something. So they couldn't be released under that name and I don't know if they've decided on a new one.
