    I would strongly suggest enabling "scan on startup". SONAR will only look for any changes and in most cases you'll barely notice the scan, if at all.

    You will want to uncheck the "rescan" boxes as these rescan existing plugins.

    I just want to add support for this because I used to NOT use the startup scan (it was slow in the old days).  But that's all changed.  It's very quick and solves some of these issues.


    So yeah, turn that sucker on ;)

    Didn't really need it (already had IK's White) but got it anyway and looking forward to trying it since I like the PC workflow. Just waiting for the serial number.

    Sadly very reduced studio equipment as it is... ASUS G750J, 8 gb RAM, Win8, Roland Quad Capture.

    I really wasn't going to buy this but with all the good revues. I had to do it.  Darn you cakewalk....you just keep getting better and better.

    The Pro Channel system is really picking up steam.
     
    What I would like to see is a tutorial of some sort that puts all of these pieces together for a relative novice.  The fact that PC is "modelling" hard channel strips will mean many younger folks won't get it!
