Still, why not let Roland Europe run the next similar competition and only let EU residents qualify for winning the prize?
If Roland Central Europe, Roland UK (or any Roland office for that matter) wanted to they could.  We're not preventing them from doing so nor do we have the power to make them.  Other Roland offices often run contests, promotions and special offers that are only applicable to their market.
