You will receive three serial numbers, one for each license of the three plugins.
Is it possible to include the tape effect (from pro-channel) too? It's great even in it's basic form!

Yes I know about the upgrade, unfortunately it's still very expensive for some. I would need much time of preparation before I can invest in an upgrade like this. Would be so lovely if Overloud ported the Tape Emulator PC to VST too. It's working great in the very basic form and would give time for planning any upgrades. I agree the Tape Desk is an excellent tape emulation worth of investing.

Hello,
we are starting to deliver the licenses right now!
We have received thousands of requests and we are processing them in chronological order.
Please note that REmatrix Solo will be delivered as a REmatrix Library.
In fact the Cakewalk REmatrix Solo was a ProChannel module, which is a Cakewalk proprietary format, so it cannot be opened into other DAWs "as is".
So, we decided to pack the REmatrix Solo content (i.e. all the IRs and presets) into a REmatrix library that you can use within the free REmatrix Player. REmatrix Player, by the way, is a richer version if compared to REmatrix Solo.
The installation instructions are provided in the email messages we are sending now.

When did you send your email to them? I sent a mail at the beginning of last week and haven't heard back yet. The message on their site say I'd hear back after 3 working days. I don't want to be pushy, as they are being super generous, but how long did it take for you?

Chronological means in the order that they were received  (regardless of your name) EDIT - it looks like CW beat me to it  The message on their site say I'd hear back after 3 working days.
I don't want to be pushy, as they are being super generous, but how long did it take for you? it says all over the various threads that it took a little longer to get things going - the emails just started coming out - relax!
