This may be helpful to many using Sonar and also Studio One.
My Studio One VST paths had some Cakewalk locations at the top of the list. Then I added the unlocked versions of Applied Acoustics Lounge Lizard, Strum and Ultra Analog. But Studio One sees the locked versions first and uses them instead. When they open they say Sonar Edition and make no sound.
I contacted them and they assured me the versions they linked me to did not say "Sonar Edition" on them.
Try finding that VST path and move it to the bottom (or the correct one to the top).

AFAIK the AAS stuff is not tied to Sonar. From what i remember before the CC they provided you serial #'s, possibly still do. Check your account for serial numbers.

Sorry, maybe they changed that after I bought them. "Hey Brenner's on board, screw the rest!" or maybe not... Either way my condolences. AAS is a pretty upstanding company and very pro-customer - would probably be worth sending them an email.

Thank you all for your appreciation! Some clarifications to address some of the concerns that have been mentioned in previous posts: - The SONAR serial number in your screenshots should be clearly visible and readable.
Otherwise, anyone could get those codes for free by simply posting one such blurred screenshot found on the Internet, and that would not be fair with respect to all you paying customers of Cakewalk.
The example screenshots in our instructions page are blurred only to hide our internal codes and accounts, and we've now clarified this aspect on that instructions page, too. - If you attempt to open BREVERB 2 Cakewalk in some other DAW and it still complains about being usable only in SONAR, that means that it is still loading the plug-in that was originally installed together with SONAR, and not the new one that you presumably installed somewhere else on your disk.
The easiest solution in this case would be to remove the original plug-in, which is usually located in:
C:\Program Files\Cakewalk\Vstplugins\BREVERB SONAR
After that, make sure to add the path were you installed the new version to the search paths of your DAW for VST plug-ins, then perform a rescan.

For some reason, StudioOne isn't displaying Breverb in the list of VSTs. It's not in Overloud or Cakewalk. I confirmed it's installed in a path being scanned by StudioOne. Hmm.. Any thoughts? Have any other StudioOne users been able to successfully install it?

FYI - I run SONAR "as administrator". (I can't remember why,but I think it fixed a problem using an external editor)
Anyway - it wouldn't let me drag the Rematrix library to authorise it. I had to run SONAR *NOT* as administrator.
EDIT: Or untick the "run as administrator" box.

Received my Overloud codes and installed the plugins yesterday. First rate service guys. I love Breverb and can now continue to love it going forward, regardless of what happens to SPLAT. This is what I call Nice-Guy behaviour. (Take note Gibson) ;)

You might want to try renaming any TH3 DLL files in Cakewalk folders, if you have any. Compare the date/time stamps on all TH3 DLLs you find.

In my reply, I suggested a utility to import our custom REmatrix Solo libraries, so please let them know if you would find that useful, as well.
I've discovered that this can already be done by placing a copy of the Rematrix Solo userIRs.rir file inside the folder c:\Users\Public\Public Documents\Overloud\REmatrix\IRLibrairies. After doing that, the user IRs will show up in the list of available Hall IRs under the heading My IRs. You have to scroll down a ways to see it.

Finally found the answer to Missing TH3 plugin in Studio one, in the plugin browser click the spanner icon at the top and look for plugins who's little white dot is not illuminated and press it to light it up. If the plugin has no probs then it will work as it did for me.

my codes arrived. I read that if there were any problems with the DAW recognizing the new codes, one should uninstall the program installed under Cakewalk Sonar, then reinstall with the new codes. In what folder would the old Cakewalk Sonar installations be? Perhaps this was a little ways back in the thread, but my eyes get a bit spongy after reading 8 pages. Thanks!
