Mine goes back to ProAudio 9 (my first CW product). It is missing SONAR 4 (and a duplicate SONAR 6 which I guess makes up for the missing 4) but really don't care about a complete history. I maintain all my records and software locally.

I keep my own records, too, but I didn't know if the list is supposed to indicate what CW thinks I own.  If so, it's missing a lot and I guess I should contact them, although it seems to me I've used the same e-mail address for, like, ever!

Thanks-

I also have not changed e-mail. But I have missed some (curiously last) products in the new shop. That was fixed after feedback form submission. But one product is still not there, so it can take several iterations...

Sonar 8LE -> Platinum infinity, REAPER, Windows 10 pro
GA-EP35-DS3L, E7500, 4GB, GTX 1050 Ti, 2x500GB
RME Babyface Pro (M-Audio Audiophile Firewire/410, VS-20), Kawai CN43, TD-11, Roland A500S, Akai MPK Mini, Keystation Pro, etc.

FIXED Re: New Cakewalk Store coming tomorrow 2015/01/20 19:11:47 (permalink)
I have no products listed in my account now.

Two months ago all was fine.

Same email address used for more than 4 years of the thirteen as a CW customer.

How do I fix this?

I have updated my info.  Reset my password.

Ideas?

Thank you for that.

I must be too old to equate the words "feedback" and support.

Or maybe it is that those who are too young do not know the difference.
