lawp it may be more effective to feedback via the offered channels: https://shop.cakewalk.com/1244/?scope=opcuseco&id=UitFcvgVSA and https://support.cleverbridge.com/hc/en-us/requests/new?ticket_form_id=18434 are the links offered on the shop
I think you are misdirecting people. Cleverbridge does not handle the delivery portion of our sales. We do this on our end. Additionally, they do not have any knowledge of past purchases. We do. Contacting Cleverbridge directly would be helpful if there is a problem with an actual transaction. When it comes to past purchase history, serial numbers, downloads and the like... Please use the Feedback form as I have been instructing everyone.

FWIW we've yet to see failed delivery for any new successful purchases. It seems like most of the feedback coming in is regarding some past purchases not fully coming through... which only Cakewalk can correct. We'll be correcting these no worries.

Echojester Looks cool sofar, and all my stuff seems to be in order.one thing that should be changed tho that's still an issue,if a cakewalk user isn't carful we could actually buy the same thing more than once without warning.this is what seems to be.this is really the only online shop I deal with we're the site doesn't grey out the purchase button or highlight in some way all owned download products.
I've actually done this David, and accidentally purchased a VKFX Pro Channel Module I already owned. Fair play to Cakewalk Customer Support though, they sorted it out all out for me.

My purchases seem to all be there. But I did not count. The clean, uncluttered, happy menus,... ALL look great. Good layout, nice graphics. Truly a good job. But: It is less useful, less effective, regardless of its design implementation and execution. WASTED SPACE:::: GIANT USELESS BANNER For my product listing::: Everything in one column. No purchase date reference. 4 copies of DP and not sure which is the latest. Good thing I have everything already downloaded, listed in a spread sheet with date and numbers and price,... And: I bought larger monitors so I could see more stuff. The store shows me less stuff bigger. (like the X series track view) As written above this is just a reflection of the DE-Cluttering syndrome. Would be good for these designers to actually read the definition of clutter. Combine this with the thinking that the majority of people who buy CW products will be using a tablet/phone and the result is what is the NEW Store. What I like the best: TOP DOWNLOADS shows pretty much ALL products.

Hmmm... .doesnt' show my registration for P5. Not that it matters, but.... But seriously, it's missing like ALL the older SONAR stuff. Again, probably won't use it but it was cool to see the history I had with CW. It does seem like it's geared toward a "phone/tablet" type of interface (which I hate btw). I have 2 large monitors and lots of sites (not just cw) reduce the information I have on screen to 1/100 of what it's possible of seeing at a glance.

Could not make SSO account transition using Explorer 11. On Friday night I was actually going to purchase a few sale items and was confronted with having to create a new account. No matter what I tried it kept giving me a failed password issue. Since I have a Forum Account I took this path to migrate. I contacted Cakewalk support today and service rep could not create account either after resetting password several times. He was going to escalate but I said to let me try using Google Chrome. It worked. Odd We disconnected before I looked at the my product list and I am also missing purchases in my new account. All videos and several other purchases like Pyro etc. are missing. Is this a know issue or should I contact support again? John

I think we're all missing stuff, so I wouldn't bother. Cakewalk must be more than aware of the situation.

What is the pricing concept now? For months Prochannel Pack was 179€. Now I can see it at 186,44 € and I am forced to pay in my local currency even more. It applies to all other products (CW raised prices for Christmas?). I live in EU and can't imagine why not let me use € or any other European currency I may prefer? Fully agree with "jm24", there must be Purchase History with dates, prices, versions and so on. Why would CW release something so unfinished?

Why don't you guys just use the old store. It's still there. I bought something today for half the price of the same item on the new store. For some reason, prices weren't carried directly over from old to new.

+1, I can't access old store too. Actually It would be most fair if CW made both old and new store available. Looking at the number of people willing to move to the new store you would know how many of us find changes useful.

If CW wants me to spend single cent in the future, they should fix/replace this THING which they call "a shop"... I am PI... O... by EVERYTHING I see there! And by EVERYTHING I mean everything, including: - I do not see either I am logged in
- if there is "$" selection, it overlap with the "Seach" button
- every time I select something, "$" is changed to "euro/rubles" and the language to "idiotic Russian".
- "Shop holiday special" is more like "how we want to fool you this holidays..."
If the quality of X4 is going to be the same as the "quality" of this shop, I hope you are looking for a new job already...

I noticed the same thing regarding pricing at the new store. I bought some DSF expansion packs in the old store for less than half of the prices in the new store. If I hadn't had some things in the cart I'm not sure I would have found the old store. The layout of the new store does not seem 'smarter' to me. In the old store things like the virtual instruments were categorized by the various engines. Now, they are all just lumped together.

Old X3/64bit installation with ProAudio9 mp3 codec worked fine through early December. Motherboard failure. New PC. New X3 installation. Good. But no route to apply P9 codec. Here's the shop part: login OK to buy new codec licence. Aim for checkout. Home address recalled. Separate billing address demanded??? Why? Why doesn't the 'use this address' (next to on-screen home address) button work? Then, when you try to enter the same address again as a billing address, you find in the drop-down menu, no 'UNITED KINGDOM'. No way past. There does actually exist life outside the States, folks! I have to accept that I have to re-buy something I've already got (and used for 10+ years!), so you might at least give me a way to pay you again.

There is no need to ever purchase the mp3 license more than once. I am surprised the PA9 CD worked in the previous 64bit X3 installation. When I moved to 64bit with X1, there was no way to use the PA9 CD. I contacted tech support and they gave me a link to download an mp3 unlock program for 64bit hosts.

I just looked at both my old and new account logins. I have to agree that there are things missing in the new account. The MP3 download I purchased is one. Yes, there is no reason to purchase it more than once...but if something happens and I loose my hard copy (everyone should make hard copies of their files), I would no longer be able to download it if the old account is not accessible. I do hope the old account pages are left alone so we can access them...if the new pages are not going to have all of our purchases available. I realize that it might just be because it's all new, and they are still ironing out the details...I hope that this is the case.
