Ioannis...so sorry. As I was walking to work this morning, I remembered I did indeed put strings in this one (haven't listened to it in awhile.) Now I get what you're saying. I've never tried increasing the reverb as a song progresses. I may try it. Thanks!
Thanks Mark. Glad you enjoyed it. Yeah, since the whole song STARTED with the drums/guns/whatever they are, it would sound a little lame w/o them, IMO. :-)

Strummy's late to the party as always   I love this Janet, such a moving piece. It's so easy to listen to this and imagine the same scene of devastation you may have had in mind when you composed it. Beautiful, and could have been a lot longer for me.

I just keep coming back to this one, Janet.
As you mentioned earlier, it is a fairly simple tune, but incredibly powerful.
As many times as I have listened to it, it still gives me chills.
So gloriously dark. And so elegant.

I messed around with Stormdrum last night, trying to get some new ideas. I had an idea for a totally off-the-wall piece, but couldn't get inspired last night. I DID set up a template for SD, though. So maybe when the time and mood hits me next time I'll be ready for it. :-)
