It's getting better all the time.  In fact, it's so good now, I can finally see the warts.

All the best,

Lynn - thanks.  I'm working on another mix now, and hopefully this will be the final one.

OK.  NEW MIX UP
I put some of the mids back into the vocals, but carved it out of most of all of the other instruments a little in each.  revisited the overheads on the drums and a few other "house cleaning" items.

Yes it does.
I think the bass has much better definition, and is less boomy, and your vox are more forward and sitting better in this one. The hi-hat dropped back nicely.
My ears may be jacked up from working out in the rain the past two days, so take this part with a grain of salt.
The sax and electric guitar seem to have all but vanished from the left channel.
I am strongly questioning my ears, but they seem to have taken a noticeable shift to the right.
All in all, though, I like the balance you have struck here.

very sorry about the link, guys!  fixed now!  thanks Bub!

Bob - I'm gonna have to blame your ears this time.  the sax and electric are more in the left than they are in the right (sax is 34% left and guitar is well, more left than right!)

thanks for all your help and support on this!

John - thanks!  the mix is not heavy on reverb, I do agree with that, but I don't want it very heavy, for this genre I think it's pretty close to the way I like it.  thanks for the listen and CHECK YOUR EMAIL!

Ed - glad you think it's not a polished turd!  LOL!  and I'll eat my becan any way I can get it!

Warren
- becan on a stick sounds yammy!
thanks very much!  I appreciate it!  and glad I could help on yours.  I really enjoyed that one!

James - feel free.
