How to crash Sonar X1 Expanded every time

Hi folks,
this is not a big deal, and maybe you are all aware of it, but I discovered how to
crash our beloved X1 with absolute certainty.

In PC Expanded, in the gray area beside the little white arrow where you select which
module to add to PC, doubleclick here, and Sonar crashes, everytime for me.

Not a big deal, why should anyone double-click here anyway?
But I just read in the PC presets thread that a lot of people crashed when testing
new presets, so I thought maybe this was the reason.

I just tested it, and yes, it crashes when you double-click in that area.

Look at it as a plus. Say you're recording someone and it is just awful. Double-click at that spot and tell them you have tech difficulties and will get back to them r e a l soon.   :)

I was curious so I tried to reproduce this against my better judgement. However, I couldn't reproduce it. I double-clicked everywhere both immediately beside the little arrow and down into the PC itself, etc etc, but couldn't get anything close to a crash. Does it matter which modules are enabled/available in the PC? Are you 32 bit or 64 bit SONAR? x64 here, if it matters.....

    Hi Brando,
    X1d build 535 - x64. Win7 64 bits.
Just tested it on a new project with the Normal template, went straight
to the PC bin and doubleclicked, and it crashed again. No audio, no plugs....

I just tried it, and couldn't reproduce crash wherever I double clicked.

Not sure WHY I tried, but I guess it's like coming accross a button that says "DON'T PRESS".. - a BIG RED BUTTON -   It gnaws away at you 'til you do..

That's too bad, maybe you should log a bug against that... "can't crash Sonar with a double-click - please fix so that I can crash like everyone else..."

I can reproduce it every time - good catch.  Sent my fault report in.  Here's to hoping they get it resolved despite it being a very unlikely situation to occur with any sort of frequency for me now that I'm aware.

Can't make it happen here with either 32 or 64 bit versions.  It must involve PC and something else.

EDIT - I just wasn't double clicking fast enough.  I can replicate the problem.

Now it crashes every time I dubbel click on the grey area.

Maybe it is Grey Matter. (Sonar brain tissue)
