I get a generic "SERVICE UNAVAILABLE" screen.

Service UnavailableI'll just wait, no problem. I really wanted to see the upgrade pricing though. Found it at Sweetwater... slight sticker shock but I will bite. I am confused.. since I cannot get in the store I checked Sweetwater and the upgrade there is 199.00 for any Sonar Producer user. I see others have been a bit put off by a 149.00 upgrade price. Confused... So is the upgrade price 149 or 199 and is the upgrade price the same for a Sonar 8.5 Producer as it is for an X2b user who bought all the PC modules and supported Cake all along? At least I do have R-Mix and V-Vocal since I upgraded all along, heck what is money good for if you don't spend it.. it is just a little piece of paper backed up by the word of someone else who has no hard cash to back it up... so it is better spent ASAP I think. Nevermind... Sorry, I had to get that out of my system... I will buy it and like it. J

jbow, For now, I wouldn't go by Sweetwater site info - some of it is wrong and they likely won't sort it out until their staff comes in on Monday. Even if you order through their site - again, it is the weekend, and no one is processing the X3 upgrade orders. (I know because I ordered from Sweetwater on Friday and had to cancel it. Instead, ordered from CW's site yesterday, and was able to download it immediately  ). AFAIK, the upgrade offers from CW are not time-sensitive (meaning that if you intend to order in the next few days, there's nothing to worry about).

I was able to pay and get my downloads, but I can't get my registration number--when I try to log in, the connection keeps trying and eventually times out. It's been doing this all day.
I just noticed that on the left panel, I'm called a "new member," due to my paucity of posts, even though I've been a member for almost 10 years.

I can't get in...the reset password does not work at all......when I upgraded to X2, Cakewalk had to manually set it over the phone......aggravating
