Yep I agree we are a diverse bunch and that is one of the things that make this forum one of the (if not THE) best music forums on the Web. I agree CJ's got a good track record of helping people, but for every bit he does, there's 10 more that will do so if he doesn't. We've had to deal with "one-many-army" types before, so I'm satisfied to let Cakewalk deal with things how they see fit as this is their house. So far in this thread, he has invited physical violence, used all kinds of profane language, and demonstrated rellentless hostility, taking everthing personally. Strangest thing of all in all this, is if you search CJ's prior posts using "the" as a string and 300 as total, and glance through a bunch of them, the spelling is quite good over a huge amount, so it only seems to be an "issue" all of a sudden, so it all seems a bit strange to me. But what do I know?

SteveL you mustn't get around the forum much as Oggblecaddodle, BigWeb ,Jinga8, GOrdonrussel (just the ones on ths page) might be a much better target. I have had the full go round (along with others) of trolling my threads, insults and threats to harm (awful brave from the keyboard). I write them off as the clowns they are and figure most can figure it out for themselves. Forum trolls are just something you will encounter on a forum.

CJ is an excellent contributor on this forum, I cannot say the same for the other crew. All get frustrated dealing with trolls occasionally, so cut him some slack.

Whining to the Admin isn't going to settle anything (they'll just create new ID's and be worse than ever). If you don't like what he posts then BLOCK HIM!!!! I case you are wondering, yes, blocking will infuriate the blocked as they can no longer taunt you. I have been amazed at the lengths blocked individuals will go to try and get a nasty message to me. But it is really nice to be able to come to the forum and see none of their worthless posts

Block him and move on. Easy enough?

I would say something nice, be having a normal conversation and all of the sudden she would explode. Kick me back on my heels.

It happened many times out of the blue. At home, in public.

I was about to tell her adios, nobody treats me like that BUT I knew inside she was a sweetheart and besides that I loved the heck out of her.

So I got a book about it and went to counseling with her.

Little did I know. Yeah it seemed like BS to me but it was not.

To write a simple sentence or convey a thought is frustrating to say the least. These simple frustrations lead to anger and outburst.

You and I sure we can do something about it. That's why it seems like BS to us. But some people can't.

Now place yourself in that situation... then on top of that have someone make fun of you.

Then tell you to put your so called "disability" in your signature.

Then someone is going to report you for your behavior.

Would this be easier to understand if we saw some old lady flying out of control down a wheelchair ramp.

Because based on the track record of this post 2 or 3 people would be saying "what's wrong... couldn't you find your hand brakes".

Please learn about it... understand it... before you judge, instead of spouting off and removing all doubt that you know nothing about this condition.

On the other hand, I think it is an absolutely incredible story that Microsoft used cracked software in the creation of Windows. Honestly, this should be on the network news. It is a HUGE story.

This should be prosecuted and Microsoft should have to pay damages based off of every copy of Windows with this cracked software stamped in it.

We all know what the story would be if it were an individual facing Microsoft, your equipment would already be confiscated, you would be fired or you contract terminated and you would be facing some serious legal bills and potentially bankruptcy. The same standard should be applied to Microsoft also.

But we all know there is no hope of that Excessive wealth buys power and changes the rules.

I've been using Cakewalk products since 2002 and I didn't join until last year, yet your judging my credibility on my number of posts, grow up macidiot. So since we're judging each other using your reasoning, then I guess a Mac will only output 200 posts a year. I'd rather be new than really slow.

I have nothing against Mac's, just Mac salesmen, or wannabee salesmen.

Well, I don't love it. It makes me feel icky and mean and....well, downright trollish!

I think we should answer any questions in the poster's native language. I mean, if they took the time to learn english, we should take the time to learn their language(s)... I do this often, I check out their profile to see where they are from and respond in their language to make it easier for them. You all should be as accomodating.
