If Microsoft buys it, it would be for IP. No way they take on the support and future development.

I have sent my request in to them. I am just a lowly Sonar Artist user -- ironically had hoped to upgrade to Pro or Platinum during a black friday sale . . . We'll see if they unlock the more limited functionality for Artist users. Even if they don't, this is still very generous of Overloud.

Overloud is being amazing here! I just can't help wondering, was ProChannel's tape saturation or console emulation based on Overloud's code? Because while I own other console emulation plugs, I really want that "A-type". :D

They might not yet have the changes made and tested. They said it could take a few days before we receive a coupon code. It's very possible that they've got one or two developers making the changes and a QA person testing and the products aren't ready yet.

They probably didn't get started on the implementation till today. Patience. Overloud support service is active from Monday to Friday, from 9AM to 7PM CET (Central European Time). You will be contacted as soon as possible within that time frame.

Yes I do believe reading somewhere on the forum a few years ago that the ProChannel Console Emulator was an Overloud project and the ProChannel Tape Emulation was also Overloud, based on the VKFX Delay module. But don't quote me! I'm waiting for the reply also because I'm in on Tapedesk because it combines both with improvements!

Apparently the Gem TAPEDESK, includes console emulation. I believe they are officering this as a deal for cakewalk users.
