IIRC, Overloud said 3 business days.
(And they have had their own issues lately, if I've read correctly)
Might take longer if they need to make codes, but that's just guessing on my part.

While TH3 Cakewalk and BREVERB 2 Cakewalk were standard VST plug-ins, REmatrix SOLO was a ProChannel plug-in which is a SONAR proprietary plug-in format. We are working as quickly as we can to make its content available in all the standard plug-in formats. However this task is requiring a few more days than expected to fulfill all the QA tests. The final release is planned next Monday (Dec 4th). After that, we will start replying to the migration requests with proper instructions.

Nomad's answer seems to just resell it to you at a reduced price. I can live without the BlueTube stuff, although I really liked the chorus.

Maybe when Gibson folds and the parts are sold off cheap, Overloud will get the code to SONAR. I can think of a lot worse places for that code to end up.
