Pragi Hi ,Ryan and Andrew, basically I can understand your enthusiasm fpr the sso . But I´m really a bit sceptical since my products of the "old " cakewalk store have not been transfered to the new one. I don´t want to bore you with the whole story (Ryan is informed ), but I pray that my old store account will not be deleted before all my products were transfered to the new one. Even I would have liked to get an answer about my last questions via pm about this theme, which were ignored. best regards anf good luck Pragi
Please give your account a looksie when you get a chance. It should pull in your previous product history now.

Looks like any information before X1 was dumped. Previous versions of Sonar or anything do not show up. It's always good to archive serial #, software, emails just in case webmaster decides what to dump. Sometimes it can be your whole account. There are times I like to mess with Project 5. No I have to search my storage devices instead of getting it here. It's only a very small rant.

Instead of ranting you could just reach out to us and we'll make sure your account is fixed once the dust has settled. I can see all your purchases back to SONAR 3.

Project 5 can't be downloaded because it never was available as such- only the patches.

Nothing was dumped. No need to worry nor assume we decided to get rid of anyone's product history. Update: I updated your product history. Please try logging in again and visiting your Products page. If you're missing products, please use the Feedback form to report it so we can follow up properly. That's why we put it there. There is no way we'll be able handle each corner-case over the forum.

Looks cool sofar, and all my stuff seems to be in order.one thing that should be changed tho that's still an issue,if a cakewalk user isn't carful we could actually buy the same thing more than once without warning.this is what seems to be.this is really the only online shop I deal with we're the site doesn't grey out the purchase button or highlight in some way all owned download products.

Previously, your account would be connected to the region you live in. Now you are expanding the currencies you take, would these still fall on the existing account, or another. Would I be able to view all the transaction in one place from the same place. I have moved, and their maybe a tax benefit to purchase from a different region. If I am to merge my account, maybe it be better to do so when I make my next big purchase, ie X4

Rants, even small ones, don't help the transition process and the reason this thread was posted in the first place. Ranting derails threads. Period. If you have a problem please bring it up with me via PM so that this thread is kept free of personal drama.

"We invite you to check out the store and leave us feedback on this thread about your experience. We'll work to fix any issues as fast as possible." it wasnt even a rant. he just used the word while giving feedback. what the **** kind of timeframe is 'once the dust has settled' anyway? Talk about derailing threads. Im out of here.

Thanks for the feedback so far. We are busy trying to address issues as we see them come up. The store is now live and taking orders. http://www.cleverbridge.com/1244/catalog/catalog.1307/ It's being hosted by Cleverbridge for now but will transfer over to shop.cakewalk.com later this week. Again, appreciate all the feedback and help in trying to make this the best experience.

What version of SONAR do you have and what are you looking to upgrade to? Did you get asked to login to SSO prior to hitting the SONAR store page.

It would be foolish of Cakewalk to not offer X4 before their Christmas holiday when folks budget and expect to spend money on gifts and presents.

More foolish to release a product before it is stable. I look at this as a good thing: Chances are they are working on something substantial.

Andrew Rossa [Cakewalk] We have a whole bunch of specials coming up this week to celebrate the holidays (it won't be X4 though). That sounds good :) (not the X4 thing though, lol) like how the shop puts things in my currency now '2 thumbs up' Can't really see anything wrong with it, and I'm sure any issues will come out in the wash

I got the same old sometimes, I think it depended on what you clicked, how you got there, if you click on the link in the very first post it should take you to the new premises, least it does for me

For anyone who has completed a purchase, definitely let us know how the experience was from start to finish and any trouble points. Goes double for upgrades to SONAR. We'd like a great experience for upgraders that shows them their qualifying process based on their product ownership.
