This doesn't answer my question Pete - where is my honorary T-Shirt? Or a tour jacket would be absolutely fabulous - especially if you'd sign it for me. Or do you get a roadie to do that for you? Pete, this post is nearly over and you've sold out already..... ..... such a disappointment. Anyway, please go to the SONGS FORUM and give me and Troy a nice review for the Clash song we did - it needs a bumpity-bump because there ain't many 'proper' punk fans on these pages. Much appreciated.

Steve, Of late I am having trouble once again finding my favorite beverage. Any possibility of sending at least one keg over? And also could you send along a few DVD copies of the latest Dr. Who episodes. We are about 6 months behind the UK. Even BBC America is playing last seasons rather than the latest.

You're going to love the latest series Doc. I won't go spoiling it but there's a theme running through every episode culminating in a two-part series-ender that brings together a lot of characters from the past. My only gripe is that David Tennant, who I thought was doing a great job in the role, is starting to exhibit a tendency for hamming it up a bit which gets a little tiresome on occasion. BTW old pal, you'll be glad to hear that we are suffereing absolutely no shortage of Guinness over here I just spotted Matt [Montezuma] has posted a tune in the Songs forum, I'm off for a listen very shortly.

Thanks for that mate. That's just a ready made Smartloop with a few fills and some added cymbals on White Riot - I was hoping to be up and running with Session Drummer 2 in HS6XL by now but I am struggling a bit to actually lay down a full drum track. I'm up and running with inserting it as a softsynth dragging the loops into the project and even creating a few fills with MIDI in the piano roll so I guess I just need a bit more fiddling around. I am impressed with the sound though. I had a word with Doc about him providing me with some private tuition but he started rambling on about a few pints of Guinness I apparently still owe him In the end, the only 'advice' I got was to get EZ Drummer and the Drum Kit from Hell add-on I think what's made the most difference to my mixes is getting the Gearbox VST plugin with the Gold Bundle - I'm using it all over the place now and especially in conjunction with the PSP Vintage Warmer 2 on the rhythm guitars. Both of which Doc told me to get Catch you later bro Steve

ORIGINAL: pistolpete He should stick to t-shirts. As George Eliot observed: "Blessed is the man, who having nothing to say, abstains from giving wordy evidence of the fact." Or Einstein: "Only two things are infinite, the universe and human stupidity, and I'm not sure about the former." Maybe Cicero: "I criticize by creation - not by finding fault." This one is appropriate, but who said it: "I don't know anything about music. In my line you don't have to."
