Hmmm.... James I think those lads were Monks of Fender Order. Are you suggesting that the drummer changed to another fraternity of Monks? Maybe the Opus Dei Metal Monks?

I noticed that in your latest list of what you are listening to, JP was not mentioned. Therefore, I submit that you can no longer go around sporting the JP Nostradamus album cover as your avatar. For shame!

Sorry Strummy, It;s taken a few days to getting to do the rating for your Pistols cover. But it's done. Good rendition too!

On another note.
After a very rough August I think things are on the up now. I lost a very dear friend who kept me company in the office, in the studio and on road trips around town. He was my bud and kept me company along with his girl. He passed away quite suddenly on August 16th. I won't go into causes but just will say he was very precious to my wife and I. We nicknamed him the Gov'nor for his propensity to sit in my chair when I went to the loo or fetched a cup of coffee.

On the up note by chance I happened upon an advertisement of an owner of a long haired Dachshund who was seeking a home for his beloved 7 year old mini. I feel it was serendipitous. Lincoln came home with us last night and exhibits many of the same quirks and idiosyncrasies that Conan used to. He has even taken to my office chair occupying it with me like Conan used to. However there will always be only one Gov'nor.

In remembrance of

The Gov'nor

And in welcoming the newly appointed

Herr Direktor

The first order of business was to convert all payments owed in Guinness to payments in Paulaner Hefe-Weißbier Naturtrüb. Sorry Strummy Herr Direktor is inflexible in this decision. I tried to argue my point about the Guinness but he simply growled and snarled. So whom am I to argue?

I feel a little more silly than usual, about the images. When I went on hiatus, I changed my profile settings so that i wouldn't see images in posts. After being away two months, I forgot about it, and all I was seeing was the code used to put the image in the post. Naturally, I thought that the Cakewalk-by-Roland people had changed the rules so that we couldn't post images anymore.

All right, then. As you were.

Hi Jessie, Welcome back. You really didn't miss much as it's been pretty dead around here for about the last month to month an a half. But we will be sure to entertain with the silly pictures.

Strummy,

It appears that I will have to go to the video store in the city to get my Dr. Who fix these days. It seems they keep running everything from the '06 and '07 season on the tele here. I only got one episode of the '08 season and am a bit disgusted with our so called SciFi channel. I don't know what gives, but it really is a load of ****. Such a travesty.
