Well - It now says: "1 Day The Fourth Instrument" So - No Stylus RMX 2 or anything, but a complete new instrument. I am a bit disappointed and exited at the same time. I was hoping Stylus would get some badly needed upgrade, but that won't happen. So that's my disappointment. At the other hand - They come with a completely new Instrument, and that's very exiting. With Omnisphere 2, Trillian and Stylus RMX (yes I have all of them) they already have a strong instrument set that covers a broad spectrum. Now - what would be the "missing gap" here? I can only guess... [Edit] @SF_Green - You just beated me. @TheSteven - Don't worry. People where speculating about that on twitter (or facebook - I'm not sure), but the guy's from Spectrasonics said that they had some proposal from Apple in the past, but they turned that down without an second thought. They want to stay independent and multi-platform. So - No that's not going to happen... ;-). [/Edit]

I'm actually kinda relieved it's not a VST. Something Spectrasonics might make would likely be the end of Sonar for me. I don't think anyone would be able to keep up with that. New instrument though... hmm... I'm clueless now. I'm with Siluroo though, I hope it's not drums.

Huh? Isn't everything Spectrasonics make a VST - or some form for plugin - which you would need Sonar to host?

So TerraSin doesn't have to worry that they will replace his Sonar any time soon ;) Looks like he was a bit confused with the jargon

My late uncle built me a rack mount unit that had one about 15 years ago but forgot to tell me about that the phase inversion switch was by default set on (low talent/ low power mode). By the time I realized my mistake both he and the unit had stopped functioning.
