Hi everyone. This update is still not available through my command center and there is no download link through the website when I'm logged in as well. Should everyone have this Manchester update by now or should I still expect to wait for it? I bought Platinum last September. Thanks in advance for any advice.

Sometimes CCC doesn't seem to update its updates even though it seems to be doing so every time you start it up. I have sometime had to go into settings and click the 'check now' button, which seems to do the trick. Hope that helps!

That's odd Matt. When I loaded up my CCC the first thing it did was to update itself. Once this was finished, it prompted me to update Sonar. Download the Command Centre again and install it from here: https://www.cakewalk.com/Command-Center

Have you tried to log out of CCC, and log back it, then hit the "gear" icon and check for updates?

LOL... thankfully I don't need that but I do need the chair! I play every guitar sitting in some kind of chair these days. My days of jumping around are over. I never saw it coming. Actually, I use a more comfortable chair... I guess I could play standing up if I wanted to or needed to, at least for a while, but I don't need to. J

I had trouble getting CC to update itself... It kept spinning attempting to download...
Might have been due to the poor connectivity here, but I ended up doing a manual download and install...
This morning I downloaded CC from the link to get the updated version and I will see if it works so that CC will continue to track my info....
Gotta find a way to get more capable internet here again...
Checking for a way to update Melodyne via other machine... Everything is difficult when off the grid! ;-)

I've reinstalled CC, logged in and out a couple of times but still no update for me. Even on the website under my registered products, the space where it says download links below is empty so I can't even download it from the website and do a manual install. Not too happy. Maybe I should just sit it out and hope it arrives..

You should try manually downloading the Command Center from Cakewalk and install that. Shut down your current CCC before doing anything.

Haven't read through the entire thread, only the first page, but I must say.... I can totally see why people thought it was a monthly update thing. It doesn't matter to me because Platinum is already worth the $99 even without the updates to be honest. But, it does seem like that's what was being said.

My only complaint with this whole thing is actually the Command Center. I think it's designed so terribly. I don't know about anyone else, but there's nothing to tell you how long your download is taking or when it's finished.

I mean, when you open Command Center and install Platinum or one of the updates or really anything at all.... there's nothing to tell you the progress. It's annoying. Plus, half the time, an error comes up, "Something went wrong" or whatever it says.

Actually... these last few posts made me think of something I would REALLY like. How about a CCC "lite" for offliners. Just a little utility/widget that you can update, it does a scan of your drives (which you can point it to), then it tells you what has been updated or is new/missing. Then with that info we can manually download what we want from our accounts as we desire. I know that's KIND of how CCC already works but really all I want is a reference for product names, release dates and version numbers so I can use Firefox to download this stuff then install it manually... like I have always done.

Have to disagree. I'm currently updating one of my machines and there's an orange progress bar at the bottom of the CCC informing the user of the % complete. In addition to that, there's an additional Setup Extraction Progress Bar which kicks in when downloading is complete. This has been part of the CCC since it's inception. And, FWIW, I have never seen an error message.

PinkCigar CCC bug. If verbose mode is selected and then CCC updates itself, verbose mode will become unselected afterwards.
I've re-checked verbose...although I've never understood what it does? To answer my own question...My Melodyne Editor is just fine. I went to the Celemony page and my only option is to upgrade Melodyne to Editor 4 or Studio 4.

There was an update for both Rapture Session and Pro. I also did the update to Manchester and that went forward without a hitch. However, the update to Pro, currently seems stuck in a loop of some kind. It says it's installing it but has been doing so for the last 10 minutes or so. What should I do? EDIT - okay, sorry missed the install window waiting for me to click on it...all good.
