RogerH How will the mods affect my CPU? My system is already on the edge... I'm guessing Panu's fast asleep ATM, so I'll field this one! Panu's mods will have absolutely no effect on your CPU usage. None whatsoever. It's the same difference as running the French version of SONAR instead of the English one for example. SONAR is simply using a different copy of TTSRES90.dll to get all the localized text and images it needs.

Here is the list of known issues mods have caused: (empty)

Hello all SONAR X1 users with limited vision! Maximum Contrast 1.00 is available at sonarmods.com for registered forum users. I'd like to hear your valuable feedback about this mod because. This initial version has as much black background as I could make for now. Currently I have no tools to change font sizes. Unfortunately there are also many hard coded text colors that I can not access. Despite that you may suggest anything that comes in mind - I can forward suggestions to CW if I or Ben (sonarplus.co.uk) can not implement them. EDIT: Converting whole GUI to max. contrast is quite a big project. Majority of changes in this mod is in TV, Control Bar and CV. You may send me suggestions by Private Mail at sonarmods.com. Thanks! -Panu

Like this for example: Cheers, Child This would be really cool, better visual feedback is a must. :) This may be impossible for me but for Bakers this is piece of cake. Feature Request: http://www.cakewalk.com/s...ct/featurerequest.aspx Thanks mate, feedback sent!

Is it much too redundant to say great job and thanks? I'm not using the mods, since I only really need the pre/post button change. I'm waiting for benstat's skin editor. But I've been following the progress and am very glad to see how the various schemes have come along. Superfine work.

It has Pre/Post button but also Mono/Stereo button. Nothing else, nothing less... On the other hand Pre/Post mod would be easy one to do. Just name the color you like.

Panup, is it possible to post the default TTSRES90.dll for 32 bit and 64 bit. For us dummies who somehow have overwritten the orginal? I was trying to change it back in anticipation of X1b and it seems to not go back. If not here, then maybe on your site. Or maybe PM me with it. Please. Thanks.

Check if you have TTSRES90 Backup.dll file in the SONAR program folder. Mod installer creates backups automatically each time you run it. -Panu

Well thanks to some really good people here on the Sonar forum, I re-instituted the old .dll into X1a in anticipation for X1b. And I must say it's just as ugly as I remembered it!! LOL. Missin' my Mods already. Thanks to all.

www.sonarmods.com Maximum Contrast Mod updated to version 1.02. Now downloads are again easy to access from the sonarmods.com main menu. Enjoy while you can - X1b comes and makes all mods unusable... Until I build X1b updates. English, German, Italian. French coming tomorrow.

I hope that you will be able to "reuse" as much of your previous effort as possible. However, even if those mods never work again I think they served a great purpose - hopefully to inspire CW to again embrace color options.

New Sonitus:Delay Mod available at sonarmods.com. I'm confident converting mods for X1b is a quick process. According to bugfix list, X1b makes modifications to CV Narrow Strip but otherwise old X1a stuff should be directly compatible with X1b.

I wanted to get my Session Drummer 3 out of studio atmosphere... This is the reason StoneWater Session Drummer 3 Mod is now available for you, too. One mod works for all SONAR versions. Water background is a puddle of sea water on an island in Helsinki. (Of course you recognized it yourself but I said this just in case someone else didn't.) Faders are familiar from my Console View mods.

HumbleNoise Can we re-install mods AFTER updating to X1b? I have not tested. Patcher will probably stop saying DLL is wrong version. If it patches no harm will be done but there are at least 25 new bitmaps in X1b GUI. Wait for some time. I'm working on X1b mods right now!
