Randy Something else I still don't get is that you have tabs for all these different downloads, as if they're separate .exe files for various plug-ins in Sonar--? Not being sure about that, so far I've just installed your basic GUI-focused app. They are separate configuration libraries of the TTSRES90.dll ... Just enjoy 'em

rbowser The simple instruction of moving your download to the X1 folder before running the .exe file is something that could elude other people who don't wade through this very long thread - Hi! Install instructions are at sonarmods.com in two places: FAQ and Forum/SONAR Mods: Download link & Guide. Additional install instuctions for plug-in mods are under constructions but basic help is found at each mod's download page. I'll add install instructions to core program mod download pages as well. -Panu

rbowser panup Hi Randy, Basic instructions: - copy patcher to SONAR X1 Procure folder - run it as Admin - Press Start button - Press it again after two seconds. Hi, Panup - I have your more colorful X1 installed now, and I appreciate having it. In combination with Benstat's vast improvements over Cakewalk's programming, X1 is looking much more user-friendly now. The simple instruction of moving your download to the X1 folder before running the .exe file is something that could elude other people who don't wade through this very long thread - so it would be great if you could make those simple instructions visible at your site. It doesn't say anywhere at the Home page or the download page that the user needs to move the file, so I recommend that you add that info. It's rare for an app's file to be moved before using it, so people are accustomed to just clicking an .exe file from their download folder. It would be good to update the other info on your site as well, since it says there that you're not sure if you'll be allowed to keep doing the mods after X1a, but here we are at X1b, so that's an outdated concern now. Something else I still don't get is that you have tabs for all these different downloads, as if they're separate .exe files for various plug-ins in Sonar--? Not being sure about that, so far I've just installed your basic GUI-focused app. Thanks again. Randy B. Ah Randy - Welcome to the...errr...Dark Side! lol

thomasabarnes PanUp: Don't know if you're aware, but the following things can't be downloaded from the SONAR Mods site. I'm making some updates just now... Hopefully they start working in few moments! New Mod is born, too, in the spirit of Dark Side: Tweaking MIDI FX required some serious color code searching with a hex editor. Color codes found, next I'd like to find xy coordinates of the elements. There's so much wasted space in those plug-ins and I'd like to make them look more compact. I would have put the on/off button ANYWHERE else but in the almost middle of nothing.

I really like Yellowstone but I want the rounded fader knobs so after I run the Yellowstone patch I run the Reindeer patch. Does one patch overwrite another or does it add to the previous one where the elements are different.

Does one patch overwrite another or does it add to the previous one where the elements are different. They overwrite each other. Some mods are cumulative, others overwrite original elements, too, depending how I made them (no special plan so far...). I try to make you a special rounded knob mod for Yellowstone. Hang on...
